that we LOVE the mountains?
Madison has recently discovered another reason to love them . . . SKIING. Brock and his mom took her skiing for the first time and it was a hit. She did great and is anxious to go again. Brock will take Isaac next time and see how he likes it :-) I have never been downhill skiing (crazy considering I grew up in Idaho) and do not have a desire. I am content to stay home or in the lodge taking pictures :-)
Getting the scoop on how it is done. Brock had not been skiing for over 10 years! He really enjoyed it and will definately continue going.

Oh this looks so fun! It's so great that Madison gets to try it out so early in life-maybe she'll be like an olympic skier or something! :) So great too, that you guys are taking advantage of all that is around you. I am getting so anxious to come visit.

How Fun!!! I have heard that the younger you start the more natural it is for you. Me, I tried my senior year is high school and I fear I may never try again because I fell one too many times and couldn't get back up. My brother, who took me refused to help me up because thought I would learn quicker if I figured it out on my own and I ended up crying because I couldn't get up. Not a good story... :0)
This is so fun to see - Brock (and Mom) back out on Skis and Madison just learning. When will Isaac give it a try?
It is funny that we grew up surrounded by skiing and none of us ski!
